As usual, the meeting has two parts.

1. We start again with a short lecture. Since more and more of our members have become fully-fledged doctors and even more new members have joined the school, we start over with the topics.
   Topic for this session will again be
   Writing a «kappe» for your PhD dissertation in social work – «Do’s & don’ts» by Professor Turid Moldenæs.
   Turid has been vice dean at the Faculty of Humanities, Social Sciences and Education at UiT, with a special emphasis on PhD education. Her observations and thought to writing a kappe for dissertations in social sciences have been very well received by our candidates earlier. If you have specific questions based on your own text, please don’t be shy to ask.
2. The second part of our Allmøte is about what happens in the school for the rest of this and next year. If you have anything you want to discuss or share with the other “NORWEL-ers”, this is the time!
